What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and Klarna (pay later).
What are the customer service opening hours?
Our customer service is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Outside these hours, you can always email us; we'll respond as quickly as possible.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we may still be able to adjust or cancel it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
How do I know if my order was successful?
After completing your order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email. Didn't receive it? Check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link via email so you can track your package.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders over €40 are shipped free within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day return period after receipt. Register your return via our returns page and follow the instructions. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
